It is very important to live a stress-free life because stress can lead to many diseases like diabetes, heart attack, Blood pressure etc. For stress-free life one needs to do the practice of yoga and meditation at least thrice in a week if one can't do on a regular basis.



Few are the stress relief tips for all.

1)  A sense of belongingness - When you will have a meaningful life, you will remain happy. That happiness, love you share with your dear and near ones. It is important to have relationships in life to remain stressfree.

2) Purpose - Have some purpose in life? A life without any meaning is of no use. You need to have some goal in your life. Like raising your children, establishing a business etc.

3) Transcendents - To go beyond your limit and to understand your reality.

4) Story telling - Write about yourself, how your life is going on, are you satisfied with your life. Understand yourself, change the way you look at things.
